Background: Chang Wufei was born and raised in the L5 colony cluster, heir of the Chang clan and betrothed to Meiran of the Long clan. But in either cases, the name wasn't merely ornamental. Every few generators a a true dragon was born to the clans, one who could take human or dragon form as easily as breathing, as was Wufei. When Meiran died in battle, he took her place to fight for her ideal of justice and end the war. He joined the Preventers for a few years after his involvement with the Mariemaia rebellion


Powers: Wufei has two distinct forms: his human form and his dragon form. In his human form, he's a little stronger than normal for someone his size. In his dragon, he's capable of flight and able to change his size to be anywhere from his natural thirty feet to roughly an inch and a half long.
